You know it's bad when you see posts like these:
"We'll be beaten whatever side we put out so the bigger the defeat the better chance we have of Kean being sacked."
"I predict Spurs will score more goals than the number of times we enter their box."
They're saying Spurs have already won the midfield battle and that Adebayor/Defoe/VDV have already shamed their defenders. The one glimmer of hope they're clinging onto, is that we have a weakened defence and could be susceptible to concede during set pieces. But that ultimately it won't matter as we will just outscore them anyway. Grim reading indeed for Rovers fans.
Blackburn Fan Predictions: Blackburn Win 5%, Draw 5%, Spurs Win 90%
Pub Ammo
-We're on a five game unbeaten run in which we've scored 12 times, with VDV, Defoe and Adebayor hitting three each.
-Blackburn haven't kept a clean sheet since April
-Rovers have only beaten Spurs twice in the last 15 meetings.
-Tottenham have done the double over Blackburn in each of the last two seasons.
-Goalkeeper Paul Robinson has let in 18 goals (the second highest in the league) and has made just 19 saves so far this season.
-Blackburn have failed to win any of the last five matches in which Christopher Samba has scored.
-Only the two Manchester clubs have stopped Tottenham scoring in their last 15 league games.
-Rafael van der Vaart has scored Tottenham's opening goal in their last three matches. He has an impressive strike rate of a goal every 166 minutes in the league for Tottenham.
Team News
Defenders are clogging up the injury room at the moment, with Corluka, Dawson, Gallas and King all out injured. Huddlestone, Pienaar and Krancjar are in there representing the midfielders, while Aaron Lennon and Sandro will be given late fitness tests but should be fine to play after coming through 70 minutes against Rubin Kazan.
With Defoe playing on Thursday, Redknapp will no doubt be starting with VDV and Ade up front. But I'd much rather we reverted to the formation that got us 4 wins on the trot. Defoe and Adebayor, if given the chance to form a partnership, could be lethal for us.

It's hard seeing this end any other way that a Spurs win. But you never know, all it takes is a bit of over confidence from our lot, a mistake in defence, or an off day for our strikers, and Blackburn could nick something from this game. Predictions? If we play 4-4-2, 4-1 Spurs, if we play the VDV formation 2-1 Spurs. COYS!
