VDV v Arsenal - Defoe ran at the heart of the Arsenal defence and laid wide to Adebayor whose cross was chested down and volleyed home by Van der Vaart. His fourth goal in three north London derbies.
Walker v Arsenal- Sandro bursts into the box and squares it for Modric, who has his shot blocked by Song. The ball bounced out to Kyle Walker 30 yards out, who collected it, took a few steps and hit it on the run, sending the ball flying past Szczesny.
Defoe v Newcastle - Good play from Parker and Adebayor, supplied Defoe with the ball on the edge of the area, he spun and dispatched a low drive past Krul. Typical Defoe finish - quick out of the feet and deceptive for goalkeepers.
Pav v Rubin Kazan - Danny Rose was brought down on the edge of the box and Pavlyuchenko, no thrills, stepped up and blasted the ball into the top corner from the resulting free kick.
VDV 2nd Goal v Blackburn - BAE burst into the area, with the ball breaking to VDV as BAE was
tackled. Rafa then stroked the ball into the top corner of the goal from
the edge of the box.
Bale 2nd Goal v QPR - VDV, Lennon and Bale combining in some slick one touch passing saw a
Gareth Bale goal struck similar to VDV's at Blackburn last week again from the edge of the area.
