"Any result here would be performance of the season, with half the team out, and they have Lennon and Defoe available again!"
"I'm not expecting anything anyway, but as long as we have a go, and keep the scorline respectible"
Browsing the WBA forums, you'd be hard pressed to find too many fans who think they'll win this one. The most positive comments are things like, "we always play well at Spurs"
WBA Fan Predictions: Spurs Win 85%, Draw 10%, WBA Win 5%

-Both games were drawn last season - 1-1 at the Hawthorns and 2-2 at White Hart Lane. Simon Cox scored a late wonder goal to earn West Brom a point at Tottenham, and it remains his only Premier League strike.
-West Brom's last win at White Hart Lane was a 3-2 victory in November 1984.
-Spurs have only conceded three goals at White Hart Lane in their last seven matches since the 5-1 hammering at the hands of Manchester City.
-Tottenham have scored in 17 successive Premier League matches which equals their best streak in the Premier League era (Sep 2007-Jan 2008).
-Spurs have not lost a single match in the last two Premier League seasons in which they have held a half-time lead.
-The Baggies have already won four matches away from home this season, which is as many as they managed in the whole of last season. In five previous seasons in the Premier League, they won a total of just 10 away games.

Scott Parker will have a late fitness test following his knee injury against Swansea whilst King and Lennon could both return. Parker has been brilliant for us this season, but Sandro is also playing well and can step into his spot nicely. With Lennon back, that gives us our shape back and with King likely to return, we can't lose! (p.s. It's not my fault if we do...)

Despite our failure to close the gap on the Manc's in the previous round of matches, win this one and we're only three points behind. We're still in this, let's start 2012 without pissing around. 3-1 Spurs. COYS.
